I read Decoy Princess a while ago. The way the romantic thread with the main character was handled made me wonder ... well, let's just say I didn't like it.

I picked up Resenting the Hero by Moira J. Moore around the same time as I did Decoy Princess, and liked it much better. (Both were acquired when I was looking for something to scratch the somewhat-fluffy-fantasy-with-female-heroine itch.)
