I liked Crystal Rain; it's the only novel currently out, though he has short stories here and there. It's a fairly guyish adventure (To be clear, I'm talking mood, not mysogyny; all the characters are reasonably good, male and female, for the space they're given.) about fighting off far future Aztecs and aliens. With, yes, steampunkish airships and trains.
